EcoMatch: Reclaim · Last updated [DATE — e.g. 27 June 2026]
These Terms govern your use of EcoMatch: Reclaim ("EcoMatch", "the game", "we"). By signing in and playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You may play EcoMatch only if you have a valid Google account and are old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country. If you are a minor, you may only play with the consent of a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must make any purchase on your behalf.
EcoMatch is a single-player strategy game in which you play as a species responding to scenarios. It runs in your web browser, uses Google sign-in, and offers optional purchases of in-game credits. It shows no advertisements. The game is provided for entertainment. Scenarios, characters, and outcomes are fictional.
You access EcoMatch through your Google identity. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your Google credentials secure — we never ask for them and cannot recover them. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is being used to abuse the game or other players.
EcoMatch lets you buy bundles of in-game credits, and spend credits to unlock species, missions, replays, boosts, or similar in-game content. Credits and the content you unlock with them are "virtual items". When you buy or spend them:
Prices and offers may change. We may add, change, or remove virtual items and game features at any time.
EcoMatch does not show advertisements, and there are no ad-based rewards.
When using EcoMatch, you agree not to:
We may limit or end your access if you break these rules.
The game, including its name, text, artwork, scenarios, and design, belongs to the developer and is protected by law. Your licence to play does not give you ownership of any part of the game. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the game's content without permission.
EcoMatch is offered "as is" and "as available". We may update, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature, including virtual items, at any time. We don't guarantee the game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and progress may occasionally be affected by technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of virtual items, or loss of progress, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country, including, where applicable, your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence. Google's, Stripe's and Flutterwave's own terms continue to apply to your use of their services.
